A series of employee corporate portraits created to express Factory's culture through a distinctive and cohesive visual language.

Each collaborator was featured in a three-frame GIF combining a portrait, an action shot, and a detailed close-up, visually capturing their role within the company. Developed from concept through execution, the project establishes a consistent visual system that strengthens the company's employer brand while showcasing the people who shape it.
